We think operating teams deserve better tools than spreadsheets and copy-paste
Syntrixa started with a simple observation: the teams that keep a company running — support, revenue, finance, ops — spend more time moving data between tools than acting on it. We're building the layer that fixes that.
Built by people who lived the problem
Before Syntrixa, our founding team spent years inside fast-growing companies watching the same pattern repeat: a great process gets designed, then quietly breaks down into manual steps because no existing tool fit how the team actually worked.
We set out to build a workflow platform that operators could run themselves — visual enough to design without code, and rigorous enough for engineering to trust in production.

The principles behind how we build
Operators should own their tools
Anyone who understands a process should be able to automate it — without filing a ticket and waiting on engineering.
Trust is earned through visibility
Automation only works if people can see exactly what ran, why, and what it changed. We never hide that behind a black box.
Reliability is a feature
A workflow that fails silently is worse than no automation at all. We build for graceful failure and clear alerts.
Simple beats clever
We'd rather ship a workflow builder that's obvious to use than one that's impressive in a demo and confusing in practice.
