These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Syntrixa, a workflow orchestration platform provided at syntrixa.site (the "Service"), operated by Syntrixa ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Your account

You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@syntrixa.site if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Use the Service to transmit malware or disrupt other users
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service without our written permission

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Free trials

We may offer free trials of paid plans. At the end of a trial, your account will revert to the free plan unless you add billing details, or your paid subscription will begin automatically if you provided one at signup.

6. Connected third-party services

The Service allows you to connect third-party tools (such as a CRM or database). Your use of those tools remains subject to their own terms, and we aren't responsible for their availability or content.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You retain all rights to the data you connect to or process through the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk to the Service or other users.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntrixa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify active account holders.
